This is exactly what I needed

This sets resolution and it will remain in effect until you decide to change it. So it’s not a temporary resolution change, I like that. It has some resolutions available that Apple doesn’t give us access to. One caveat, it may not be as sharp, and that may be why those resolutions are not provided by Apple. But many are sharp and it was well worth the minimal price to have access to other screen sizes and to be able to set them so easily.
