Nice but causes problems

I really like the app and the functionality is well implemented.

However, when the app runs, it removes everything from my Login Items. Quit the app, and my Login Items are restored. Additionally, the apps on Run on login doesnt actually work. It took a long time to figure out Display Menu was the culprit for this, and is annoying enough that I have simply stopped using it. An email to the author went unanswered.
